Internal
The Internal aspects of Martial Arts are somewhat difficult to define. However, for our purposes, we refer to the Internal as:
  • The development, circulation, and expression of energy.
  • An emphasis on the use of the mind to coordinate the leverage of the relaxed body.
  • Focus on awareness of spirit, mind, and breath.
  • Increasing health.
Students will train extensively in Chinese Kun Tao and Qigong, Filipino Hilot, and Indonesian Pencak Silat.
