Women Kick Program
The Women Kick Program is a women’s only program designed to meet three major objectives – self defense, fitness, and competition. Students may actively pursue any or all of these objectives.

Students enrolled in the Women Kick Program will train in every range and aspect of Martial Arts, self defense, and combat while stressing fitness and health. They will learn to defend themselves with or without weapons against an armed or unarmed assailant. All of the training in the Women Kick Program is specifically tailored for each student’s unique physical, psychological, and physiological characteristics.
